Escargot- Burgundian snails in shell, mother butter, fine herbs, baguette
Kurobuta pork cheek- duck fat confit, Oaxacan mole negro
Burrata -citrus brûlée, lavender honey emulsion, Tellicherry candied hazelnut
Charcuterie- Olympia Provisions Salami, Cypress Grove goat cheese, lavender almonds, olive mélange, Broadus Bees honey, quince spread, crusty bread
