Ring in the New Year by pre-funking with us at Chef's Table by FERM & fare!
We will be hosting a special eight course Chef's Tasting Menu at 6pm on New Years Eve. The menu will traverse a broad collage of textures and flavors and is limited to only eighteen guests.
We will be busting out plenty of Champagne to accompany the eclectic array of cuisine and offering a specially crafted pairing menu as well.

Our eight course New Years Eve Chef's Tasting Menu is $175 per guest and optional wine pairings are available for an additional $100.

Due to extremely limited space reservations are only taken in even pairs and require prepayment. Get your party on the books and join us for an unforgettable evening!

For tickets, email me with the number of guests in your party and if you will be partaking in the special wine pairing menu.

A little about the Chef’s Table by FERM & fare experience…

FERM & fare Chef's Table is set in 1930's craftsman in the heart of downtown Redmond. Our cozy space accommodates twelve guests in the main dining room with a private party room that can seat eight. We offer one service at 6pm Wednesday through Saturday. Our menus consist of a Six Course Chef's Tasting Menu with a weekly ten course offering and optional wine pairings.


At your seating you will experience a tapestry of eclectic autumn-inspired cuisine from the mind of Chef Dave Bodi. Although you will find a French flair in all the dishes, the cuisine is approached with no limitations and no holds barred, but always delicious.

We highly recommend the sommelier wine pairings to enhance your experience, as wine forms the core of who we are. Wines by the glass and bottle will be available during your dining experience alongside aperitifs and digestifs.

*All reservations are prepaid

*Twenty percent gratuities will be added to the final ticket.

*Due to the petit nature of our venue, no menu modifications can be accommodated.

*Seating time is at 6pm and coursing will begin at 6:10.

*We kindly ask that you be on time for your reservation as all guests will receive courses at the same time. If you are late to your seating, any courses that have already been served will be forfeited with no refund.

*Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit your prepayment, and no refunds will be given.

*While we do not require a suit and tie, we do ask that you dress for a special occasion, to help enhance the experience out of respect for your fellow diners. If you show up in shorts or flip flops you will be asked to return when your attire is less casual, and no refund will be given.
