I've had a hankering to open some extra special bottles of vino lately and a juicy cut of the Chateaubriand seemed like the perfect medium to support my desire.
Most Wednesdays I will be opening some fabulous bottles to accompany a most excellent cut of beef!
Our current menu includes a five-ounce cut of the Chateaubriand, decadent pommes puree, and an ethereal espuma of bearnaise paired perfectly with a special glass.

Join me Tuesday July 22nd at 5:30pm for some mouthwatering education!
It’s time to drink up and dispel myths about any legitimate sommelier’s favorite white grape, Riesling.
We will be tasting six classic examples of Riesling from Germany, Austria and Australia’s Clare Valley in a wide range of styles, from bone dry to harmoniously balanced with a kiss of sweetness. We will dive into the history of Riesling, decipher label terminology, and discuss why it is produced in a wide range of styles.
Whether you already love this amazing variety or you have been scarred by a poor example this class will vibrate your tastebuds and change your outlook!
Last but not least we will explore Riesling’s amazing ability to pair with so much cuisine by imbibing in a plate of sausages and German potato salad while we get educated!
Each ticket comes with a flight of six wines, two juicy sausages and satiating German style potato salad.

Grower Champagne & Oysters
Join me Tuesday July 29th at 5:30pm for a special showcasing of some of my favorite Grower Champagne alongside fresh shucked Blue Pool oysters from Washington’s Hood Canal!
Tickets are very limited and included a half dozen oysters on the half shell and three 3-ounce glasses of satiating and thought-provoking Grower Champagne.
Tickets are $100 and very limited.
