Corpinnat & beyond Cava class
Join us Wednesday February 25th at 5:30pm for a bubbly session on Corpinnat and beyond. Spain is crafting some serious bubbles that are well worth the discussion and in many cases these wines can rival the Champagne greats.
Some of Spain's top Cava producers weren't happy with the politics surround "Cava" and took it upon themselves to create their own marketing outside of the Cava DO.
