Port & chocolate is here!

Join us Tuesday September 30th at 5:30pm for a deep dive into one of the worlds most esteemed fortified wines, Port.

We will be embracing our hedonistic human nature while learning about the varying styles of Port, its production methods, grapes, and the history that led to this beautiful beverage's creation! Port and chocolate are easily one of the greatest parings on the planet and they were my first "ah ha" moment with cuisine and beverage. While getting your education on, you will be enjoying two delicious chocolate desserts alongside our tasting and discussing why Port goes so well.

Join us for our next vino dinner!

Join me Tuesday October 14th as I cook up one of my favorite Autumn dishes paired with one of my favorite Burgundian producers, Bruno Clair. Bruno Clair producers evocative and well structured red Burgundy from the appellation of Marsannay and I am always stoked to open any one of their bottlings.

Seatings are at 530 and 7:15 and I will be serving up a succulent rendition of Beef Bourguignon with roasted new potatoes and a glass of Bruno Clair 2022 Les Vaudenelles, Marsannay.

Reservation go quickly, so grab them while they last!
